When approaching the end effector, the pressure rod at the other end of the lever pressed the slow switch, and the movable plate slowly rotated again at this time, moving forward at a low pressure.
During the low-pressure clamping process, if there are no obstacles between the molds, it can be closed gently with a high-pressure switch. Rotating the high-pressure is to straighten the hinge of the machine to complete the clamping action. This distance is very short, usually only 0.3 ~ 1.0 mm. As soon as the high voltage is turned, the clamping end limit switch is reached. At this time, the action stops and the mold clamping process ends.
The clamping structure of the machine is fully hydraulic and machine connected. Regardless of the structure, the connecting rod will eventually be completely straightened and the joint main force will be implemented. The process of straightening the connecting rod is the process of opening the movable plate and the tail plate, and the process of increasing the force on the four levers.
The size of the clamping force can know the highest value that can be increased on the hydraulic gauge at the moment of tightening the clamping force. If the clamping force is large, the maximum value of the hydraulic system will increase, and vice versa. The small Standard Injection Molding Machine does not have a clamping hydraulic gauge, so it is necessary to judge whether the mold is really tightened according to the straightening of the connecting rod.
