The solenoid valve of the injection molding machine mainly controls the liquid path, so that the curved rod moves back and forth, and the mold clamped in the injection molding machine can open and close. There is a closed cavity in the solenoid valve with through holes in each position, and the through holes are connected to the oil pipe. The valve body is the hole for controlling the oil discharge, so that the hydraulic oil enters the different oil discharge pipes.



Ensuring the cleanliness of the solenoid valve is conducive to the smooth operation of the machine, so the solenoid valve should be cleaned regularly. Next, Powerjet Group will tell you the steps for cleaning the solenoid valve.

1. What we want to clean is the solenoid valve, so we have to take apart the machine. Before disassembling, if the surface is dirty, clean the surface with diesel oil to prepare for the next step of cleaning.

2. Remove the electromagnet and clean the valve body with diesel oil, and blow it clean with compressed air.

3. Disassemble the caps at both ends of the valve to take out the valve core, then flush all the holes with diesel oil and blow them clean with compressed air, and repeat the cleaning operation at least three times. The strictly specified number of cleaning is 7 times.

4. Dirt or rust can be wiped off with metallographic sandpaper, but not with coarse sandpaper to ensure that the valve core and stem are not scratched.

5. When installing, the valve core and stem should be oiled and pushed slightly. In order to prevent installation deviation, brute force should not be used on the valve hole.

It should be noted that a small amount of oil will flow out of the injection molding machine, and cleaning should be considered before disassembly. However, there should not be a large amount of gas entering the oil circuit, and the machine must be turned on and exhausted after installation. After the oil valve is removed, air will enter when the oil circuit is opened. After cleaning, the air in the hydraulic system must be discharged.
The method is to simply move the valve to make the hydraulic system reciprocate throughout the entire process, and the gas can be discharged normally during the movement. If it doesn't work, open the vent to exhaust, which is the same as that of a normal hydraulic system.
