1. Operation requirements:
1. Open the cooling water valve before the machine is heated and start production, and observe whether the water channel is unblocked.
2. Close the power switch on the side of the control box, turn on the power supply inside the machine, and press the motor start button on the panel to start the oil pump motor.
3. For machines that are used for the first time and have not been used for a long time, after the oil pump is started, it can only start operation after a few minutes of empty vehicle operation.
4. Turn on the barrel heating switch, turn on the electric heating power, adjust the thermostatic nozzle and temperature controller on the door of the box, set the temperature, observe the current of the ammeter, and determine whether the electric heating coil is normal.
5. The test run should be carried out sequentially from manual-semi-automatic-fully automatic. At the same time, check whether the important fastening bolts are loose or not. If abnormalities are found, stop immediately. When normality is confirmed or the fault is eliminated, the test run should be carried out.
6. The barrel should be cleaned when the processing is stopped or when the material is changed. The cleaning should be carried out under the heating state of the barrel. When the cleaning is completed, the heating switch should be turned off immediately. The cleaning is particularly important for the processing of easily decomposed materials.

A. The injection seat must be returned when cleaning;
B. The temperature setting when the two raw materials alternate should be adjusted according to the requirements of high melting materials;
7. When processing is stopped, first turn the action operation switch to the manual position, place other action switches in the off position, turn off the barrel heating switch, press the motor stop button to turn off the oil pump motor, and finally turn off the power switch to end the work.

2. Matters needing attention:
1. When using the machine, you must pay attention to operating safety. First, check the reliability of the safety door. When the machine is running, remember not to put your hand into the clamping mechanism. When cleaning or repairing the mold, you must turn off the oil pump motor.
2. Adjust the mold according to the minimum clamping force actually required, which not only saves power consumption, but also significantly prolongs the service life of the machine.
3. The pressure adjustment of the hydraulic system should be carried out separately according to the requirements of each action, not easy to be too high, and the pressure should be set reasonably; the position of each fiber switch should also be adjusted according to the requirements of the finished product, especially during the injection to the pressure holding process It is necessary to pay attention to the adjustment of the switching point, otherwise it will cause insufficient punching of the product. On the contrary, it will cause excessive internal stress or flashing of the product, and even cause mold expansion, making it difficult to open the mold.
4. When there is no material in the screw or barrel, it is not easy to use a high screw speed (preferably below 30 rpm). When the material is full of the screw, increase the screw speed to the required value to avoid excessively high air speed. Or the time is too long and the screw or barrel is scratched.
5. It takes about 30 minutes for the barrel to heat up from room temperature to the required temperature. When there is residual cold material in the barrel, it needs to be about 10°C higher than the normal production temperature. After holding for a period of time, the screw can be started for feeding.
6. The lubrication of the machine is strictly implemented in accordance with the operating requirements. Running under the condition of oil shortage will severely wear the parts, especially the connecting rod and steel sleeve of the clamping machine.
7. The connecting screw part of the heating and plasticizing part such as the barrel and screw, because the work is under high temperature, the thread part should be coated with heat-resistant grease when disassembling.
8. At the end of each processing:
A. Close the hopper blanking plate and use manual operation. The injection seat moves backwards and repeats pre-plastic feeding and injection, so as to drain the remaining material in the barrel as far as possible;
B. Manual operation is adopted, and the closed mold is in a free state;
C. Cut off the heating power supply, turn off the oil pump motor, main power supply and cooling water;
D. Do a good job in the cleaning and maintenance of the machine;
9. Recognize the signs of each switch during operation to avoid misoperation, so as not to damage the machine.
10. When the electric heating coil is in use, it will expand due to heat and may become loose. Please check it frequently during use and tighten it at any time.
11. The temperature sensor should ensure good contact with the end of the temperature measuring hole of the barrel, and check before driving to ensure that the temperature is accurate.
